I am a mom of three little boys. Little boys are "skin stretched over an appetite". I am also the wife of a husband who brags that in High School he could pack in 3 Whoppers from the time he left Burger King until he reached his house (less than a mile away, I might add). What does that make me? I full time food provider. A chef extraordinaire , if you will. My love of these guys and my own love of good food has led me to do hours and hours and even more hours of research on how to provide the most nutritious meals possible within our budget.

As with everything, there is give and take. If I spend extra time in the kitchen, I save extra money. If I spend extra money on food, I can save extra money on doctor bills and extra time that I would have spent nursing someone back to health. I do not know two people that have the exact same values, so there will not be two people who make the same decisions in preparing foods for their family. But this will be my attempt to document the choices I have made in order to help and inspire you to make the best choices that you can make for your family.
